I went ahead and bought 25lbs of shea butter from agbanga and I wanted to know how everyone whips theirs.

I am thinking about getting a kitchenaid mixer. If I use it for whipping shea is it considered a business expense? Tax write off? If not then I still really wanted one and this will give me an excuse. :biggrin

I have a blender but doubt that it could handle much if any shea butter.

I use my DLX 2000 by Electrolux! I think any mixer with a whisk will work well :D

I would say yes on that........but I will ask my FIL (an accountant) to be sure.

I use a hand mixer, but the kitchenaid would probably work really well. It gets the egg whites super fluffy. :D

Right now I'm using my hand mixer because the whisk attachment to my KA fell behind my fridge. LOL
