Seems it Could also used for livestock shaded protected shelter areas like natural open field barn.

I know most of the willow is edible but wonder if goats might eat the bark and become ill? anyone have any experience with willow around goats?

Very cool but goats would kill it.

  3. It wouldn't hurt goats....but goats would hurt IT! :lol My goats love willow and it does them no harm, but they would level every inch of this that they could.

Yeah, my goats love any member of the willow family and will eat the buds, leaves, twigs and bark. That entire palace would be gone in a day if my girls had access to them.

Our goats regularly enjoy willow trimmings or fallen branches after storms.

Wow, I would love to have that down by my creek for family picnics.
