Hi Hus made cheese about 3 weeks ago for the first time. Our goats are not milking yet so he used cow milk. It was the basic recipe on the rennet box for hard cheese. Sooo we tasted it for the first time yesterday hum...........it taste fine but not like any hard cheese I ever had. It was more like a hardish yet crumbly cream cheese. Since we are not cheese connoisseurs I have no idea what to call this kind of cheese, whats does it sound like to you guys? Thanks.
