Last year, Chelsea prolapsed after having a single doeling. She was a FF yearling then. I took her to the vet and he gave her a spinal and tried to replace her uterus. She kept having contractions, so he had to give her gas to relax her. He cleaned the uterus, put it back and sutured it in place in a way she could still pee. He gave her a shot of dex and one of Oxytocin and told me to give her a course of Biomycin. She seemed uncomfortable when she got home, so folks her told me to give a shot of Banamine. She recovered just fine and had the suture taken out 2 weeks later. This year she kidded with triplets without prolapsing and continues to do well. Kathie
