Read about this on another forum long time ago. So I left some milk out to sour before freezing it in cubes and then forgot about it. LOL Today, I had no extra milk to make soap with and found it in my freezer and used it. Just wondering if anyone has done this and if so was there any notable difference? What about yogurt or buttermilk?

I have used milk that when I heated it up to warm in the microwave it clabbered into cottage cheese. I have been so strapped for milk that I saved the milk left in the bottom of the lambars after feeding. I have used whey after making cherve. I use the house milk that my grandson says ick to. I have used chocolate milk in my darker vanilla soaps. I have stollen some of my grandsons milk because I didn't have quite 16 ounces and didn't want to defrost another 1/2 gallon.

You figure there are those who use canned milk...nothing is as gross as that :) Vicki
