    Those are really good pictures and really disgusting looking pus. Yuck. I cringe if that's what my boys look like inside.

    It's the photo of the lungs you get when you read the biblography in goat medicine, same photo.

    Sherrie if you think about that the goats are rubbing these abscess, maybe they are itchy, then when it bursts it is rubbed into the wood, into the trees, fence posts, hay feeder, head stanchion made of wood they are milked on or put their head through to eat, or their herdmates. It would be much more effective to pass a bacteria like this in peanut butter that sticks than water that would quickly drip onto the ground.

    Cool when you think about how all this stuff if bred to live, also all the cheesy exude around the bacteria is why it stays around forever, sort of protecting it.
