Hi we have two nubian doelings that are currently 8 weeks old, I was wondering at what age should I start worrying about them going into heat, we have a buck that's in another meadow beside there's and I was concerned if they could possible be going into heat here soon and him or them trying to get to them.

They are about the perfect age to go into heat. With the swiss breeds it usually has to be cold outside for them to go into heat, not the same with Nubians.
Advice would be to be sure they can't get together, and remember goats are smart! You need goat fencing, not just good fencing, and a few chastity belts wouldn't hurt.
