I'm thinking the balding on her face is her own doing. FIghting or rubbing it on something. Maybe lice? Her feet need doing but she seems to be in okay weight. It's a little hard to tell under the hair. Her saggy topline seems odd but can't tell if it's from how she's standing.

My husband brought this doeling home yesterday and she did not look well kept. She was very dirty. She is in milk. This morning when I went to milk her I took a closer look at her I noticed her face didn’t look great. She is a Nigerian dwarf. What do you think the balding is on her face? How does she look in general? What are your thoughts? Where should I start with getting her to optimal health? She is 5 years old
