Milk/Cheese Questions

    This has probably been covered on here several times but I have missed it. Can I make cheese from previously frozen milk? Same question on canned milk. I have an abundance of milk but no time.

    The heat from canning changes the structure of the milk. I don't recommend it for cheese making. I use frozen milk for making cheese all the time with no problems :D
