My 11 month old doe is foaming at the corners of her mouth. I notice it when I come out to do chores in the morning and in the evening.

The foam is very little, about the size of your pinky tip at one or both corners. It's white or cream colored. She is eating like normal, and it goes away if I wipe it off.

It's been like this for a few days and I don't know if it's anything serious, but I've been keeping an eye on her. Today when I copper bolused her, I noticed a sore at the corner or her mouth, either from irritation to the foam or maybe she has an illness?

Is this acidosis? Or something else to be worried about?

Thanks for the link, Laverne. It sounds similar to what my doe has been doing. She has been on the same grain and hay regimen for several months, so I don't think it would been that. I'll check her teeth.
