Is 100 days preggo the soonest during pregnancy that you can give the Ivomec Plus ro is that just common preventive practice? I know for sure the dates for one of my does and only approximate for the other two. Don't want to do any damage. Thanks!!
You can pretty much do anything after implantation...and certainly after the first trimester. I just do it like this, which of course doesn't mean you have to Usually I am still milking the doe as she is reaching her 100 days and I don't want to deal with the milk withdrawal. Vicki
Sue Reith says 1cc/100 pounds sub-Q which I was using until I read the milk withdraw is longer (35 days) than the oral route of 1cc/50 pounds (6 days).
I am not going after stomach worms or lice. I am using this for lungworm and liver fluke, hence the different dosage. And I only give it subq for lice, mites and nosebots. Vicki
