In a 20L bucket, I mix:
8 kg barley
8 kg water
40 g copper sulfate
~200 g apple cider vinegar

I let this soak overnight. I have been feeding about 3 heaping cups of this, plus a handful of fermented alfalfa on the stanchion. With 9 milkers, 1 bucket lasts 2 days. So I am making this every other day.

I would love to hear what other people do.

Is that for general daily ration or is there a specific use?

I give this to everyone. I give it to the milkers everyday at milking along with a handful of fermented alfalfa. I offer the grains to the babies, but am not diligent with feeding it to them daily as some refuse to eat it. I give it to the bucks every other day or so. I also give it to the sheep.

So, I guess it's a general daily ration.
