This doe has twin kids, she was uneven before the kids were born. They favor the smaller side and I've been milking her once a day. My problem is when I milk her I gt 3-4 full squirts of milk then wait about 30 seconds before I can milk her again. The milk is clean, no clots or blood. The kids do nurse both sides but never seems to milk her out. I used peppermint with bag balm it improved it from 2 squirts to four. The time it takes to milk her is about making me nuts. Any suggestions on improving this? Her twins are about 6 weeks old. Thanks, Karen

Have you tried bumping her udder when you try to milk like the kids will do. Sometimes it can help her let down. Massage can also be useful. Good chance though since she's raising kids that she's holding back her milk for them

She might just have excess udder cartilage and not more milk. I wouldn't do peppermint oil again, it dries them up.
