One of the girls put a bred MM doe in with the babies and she got meat goat pellets along with the babies.

This goat is NOT generally a piggie, pretty picky, actually. She was seen eating some, but then walked away before the feeder was empty. It is possible, tho not likely that she got as much as 3/4-1lb of meat goat pellets and a smattering of calf manna whereas normally she gets only hay and alfalfa pellets.

We already did baking soda and probios...what do we do/watch for now?

That isn't enough to cause problems. If it was there are only two choices in grain overload.

Probiotics, some baking soda and watch her, if she bloats or impacts you will likely lose the doe.

....or....

Tube her full of oil, let it cause massive diarrhea and then start her back up with good grass hay, probiotics, kelp, kefier or other beneficial bacteria, steal a cud.....introducing grain veryvery slowly. Vicki

I would think you would get diarrhea, which I would do nothing about, let it run it's course. But grain overload that will cause impaction or acidosis, is usually obscene amounts of grain....and founder, there is nothing you can do for unless she starts fever or heat in her feet. Vicki

The problem is that I sign in as myself. Then get up and walk away and she comes along and signs me out, so then I run back for a quick minute, type a question/comment, click 'post', look up and man! she did it again!

On a positive note, meat goat pellets have a bit of roughage in them so it was not all grain.
