I was wondering about the best way to determine due dates? Last year I used the due date calculator at Fiasco Farm, but is there a better one somewhere? I don't really trust myself to count the days on a calender....I have bred dates on does, but need to start figuring due dates.
    Thanks

Bred October 1st due 5 months later on March 1st minus 2 days. I have always done this. Except on leap year :) Vicki

Vickie, does that work for any day of the month? Last year someone told me 5 months minus 5 days.
    Thanks.

If you got to biotracking they have a due date calculator too :)

  7. I use the same one as Good Goats. I have it downloaded on my computer. Karin was kind enough to post that to the groups years ago and offer it up.

If you have Excel then simply type the breeding date into one cell, in the next cell add 150 and it will give you the due date.

So true and then you can keep track of all the due dates and other information in one place.
