curd cutting

    I have a hard time cutting curds as mine look nice and checked but when stirred are long logs , what have I missed doing ?

    Are you cutting 8 times? you will make your regular, straight up & down cuts that are hatched # and then do it all over again, cutting along the same lines (somewhat if you can see them) but this time at an angle /. Yea, some of them will end up a bit longer than others, but these you can cut when you stirr.
