I have a saanen goat gave birth to two. Her utter is huge and full. Her left side has a walnut size ball in side. It can be moved, does not hurt her. Before the birth it could be moved around and the teet was cold to the touch. Now after the babies it is being pushed down to the teet and no milk. the other side is good and is giving milk. Just got the goat about 8 months ago and was told she was clogged and not milking on that side. Tried massaging it with no apparent difference in size. It is a hard ball, not squishy, and again does not seem to cause pain. She is loaded with milk.
