A while back I mentioned chloryphyl (sp!) as a natural colorant. I had just tried it in a batch of peppermint and was afraid it might turn brown like it did for one of y'all. Well it hasn't yet...still a nice green. Thought I'd mention that in case you want to try again. I did not OP, just insulated it well. So far it is dh's top pick- mint and clove. That recipe is definitely going on the "to keep" pile.
