Chlorhexidine Usage - staph

Hello! I’ve searched and read a ton of posts but I’m hoping someone can clarify the dilution of chlorhexidine for staph on an udder. I have chlorhexidine gluconate 4% available right now. It says to use full strength, let sit and then rinse. I read that some people make a spray and then let it air dry but I’m not sure what form of chlorhexidine they’re using. A few more posts say they dilute 10:1, some say they use full strength but again, not sure what to do with what I have!
