I make only vinegar cheese (I'm a big baby at new things) and all I have on hand IS vinegar and milk! So, I made a cheesecake with my vinegar cheese. It was dry. Very mild tasting...like the filling for <mind is blank!> ah, cannolis only drier. And I only have a Vitamix for mixing anything...no food processor or mixer here! I searched but couldn't find any recipes here for cheesecake. But then again, I am pretty braindead today!
