Can DiMethox 40% Injectable (IV only) Be used by another route?

Discussion in 'Dairy Goat Info' started by Upon A Rock Farm, Apr 18, 2008.

  1. I see Jeffers carries a Di Methox 40%, but it says give IV only. I am not comfortable enough to give IV injections to goats. Can it be given by mouth?

The injectable part is for cattle not for goats. I give it orally also to my goats.

well, It's do it or they die sometimes, and that makes it less scary to do a treatment that you are afraid might kill them. "know what I mean, Vern?"
