I have two 7 month old buckling that have scurs. They were the first ones that my DH did and they were done in Dec. so I'm sure that affected the heat of the iron. They aren't like horn scurs but hard leathe. The one I was able to pull his off. It bled a little but not bad. The other buck is worse. So what should we do? Do we just keep them trimmed or should I see about having them surgically removed? Also, appraisal is coming will this be a problem?

    Thanks for the help.
