Im making my husband a hunters soap with strong brewed coffee in it . He asked if I could add grounds to it. Has anyone tried this? Do I need to add anything so it doesnt mold? Can you add used coffee grounds or fresh? TIA

I make coffee soap using triple brewed coffee for all the liquid and then add fresh ground coffee. I'd have to check my notes but I think I used only a tsp of grounds ppo. It works great for removing odors, like buck, from your hands.

:yeahthat excellent for removing odors, and hubby likes the bigger grounds as it helps get gunk out of the creases in his hands. For more "refined" soaps such as Lindsey's favorite "Mocha de Mintz" I grind it up pretty fine.
