Calcium Gluconate 23% Solution; Comes in a 500 mL that's $4.85... is that what I need?

It will work, it's Calcium only, it just doesn't have the Magnesium, Potassium, etc. that the CMPK or Norcalciphos has.  It's given at the same dosage as CMPK.

You can get MFO from Jeffers.  Liquid CA/Mg/K formula.  Works pretty well, orally.

Yea I have MFO on hand but would like to get CMPK or a substitute to also have on hand.

Is the Calcium Gluconate 23% Solution given the same way the CMPK is?

I thought there was one CMPK substitute that wasn't vet Rx?   Not as good as CMPK, but better than most alternatives?

MFO Solution is - it is an oral CMPK, not caustic, and not an Rx item.
