Lip Balm Cross Contamination

I have one of those fill trays.  I make 3 different scents out of the 50 slots available.  I had a customer email me saying my brown sugar tasted like strawberry and one tasted like chocolate?  I don't even carry chocolate, but my advise was to twist some up, cut it off and use it.  I always fill mine full so no biggy as far as amounts go.  Has anyone had this problem when pouring?  Linda
