interesting thread on The Dish

I thought this thread on The Dish was interesting...it's a discussion of marketing and claims about products and what gets you to being considered a "drug" vs. a "cosmetic", etc. It was especially helpful in discussing "implied claims" where you don't say "My soap does X" but rather, "Substance Y is in my soap" along with "Substance Y does X". I think you have to be registered to view this board.

Not until some idiot decides to sue a soapmaker for their soap not doing y because it contains z
